Position: Production & Shipping Associate
Location: Cornelius, NC
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Availability: Full-time and part-time
●Complete daily production tasks in a fast-paced, hands-on work environment measured by Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
●Assist with product assembly and packaging.
●Support the shipping department to ensure orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
●Keep materials and work areas clean and organized; assisting with monitoring inventory levels.
●Receive deliveries and help restock supplies.
●Work as part of a small, supportive team that values reliability, positivity, and teamwork.
