Production Assistant – Event Support
$25/hour On-site in West Hollywood | Short-Term Event Role
We are seeking reliable and energetic Production Assistants to support a multi-day event. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working behind the scenes to create seamless event experiences.
Schedule & Staffing Needs *Please have an understanding of your schedule before applying. You must be at least available at least Monday and Tuesday.
Sunday, September 13 (Load-In)
Monday, September 14
Tuesday, September 15th
Candidates may apply for one or multiple days based on availability.
Key Responsibilities
Usher guests to and from event spaces
Remove and reset chairs during panel transitions
Assist with floral arrangements and decorative setup
Support event styling and on-site décor adjustments
Assist with load-in and load-out as needed
Provide general event support to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
Must be comfortable standing and walking for 6–8 hours
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Previous event or production experience is a plus (not required)
