Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and assist with buyer showings, including evenings and weekends
• Manage and host open houses
• Attend property appointments alongside inspectors and vendors
• Gather repair estimates and compile detailed property information
• Provide comprehensive support to agents to ensure smooth and efficient transactions

Requirements:

• Current real estate license
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours
• Professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Dedicated work ethic and a willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation

• Marketing or social media experience is a plus
