Production Assistant

Summary

We are seeking a licensed, motivated, and dependable Showing Partner / Production Assistant to support our extremely busy real estate agents during peak season.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience, grow within the industry, and learn directly from a high-producing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with buyer showings (including evenings & weekends)
• Host and support open houses
• Meet inspectors, vendors, and assist with property-related appointments
• Help gather repair quotes and property information
• Provide general support to our agents to ensure smooth transactions

• Active real estate license (required)
• High availability, especially on weekends

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation

• Light marketing or social media experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
