SOLAR SHADE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT:

We are hiring a Solar Shade Fabrication Assistant to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble retractable solar shades according to company specifications and engineering drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Measure, cut, and weld/attach fabric, tubing and hardware with precision
• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
• Attention to detail, specifically accurate measurements and product quality
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Measure with multiple tools, including tape measure, accurately(to the 16th or smaller)
• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle physical workload and lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic mathematic skills
