We''re looking for motivated and reliable Production Assistants to join our Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you''ll help produce and package natural healthcare products that support the wellbeing of our customers.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Supporting a range of manufacturing and packaging activities
• Operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
• Completing tasks such as blending, tabletting, encapsulation, coating and packing products
• Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and batch documentation
• Cleaning and preparing equipment and work areas for production
• Ensuring production areas meet cleanliness and safety requirements
• Contributing ideas through our LEAN continuous improvement program
• Following all safety, quality and GMP procedures

Who We''re Looking For

• Have experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging or a similar environment
• Are comfortable using digital systems and technology
• Have strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
