Production Associate 1st 2nd and 3rd shift

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a production associate to join their team. As a production associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will BE ABLE TO LIFT up to 60 lbs repeatedly, be adaptable, and flexible with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly - Production

Location: Piedmont, SC

Pay Range: $17 - $18

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

What's the Job?  Assembler - Production

• Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines and cells.
• Operate manual and robotic systems to apply welds, adhesives, and perform other process-related tasks on parts and assemblies.
• Inspect parts, properly load them into containers for storage and shipment, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Tag, label, and track parts and assemblies, producing necessary documentation.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and adjustments across all production areas, following safety and quality protocols.

What's Needed?

• Ability to LIFT up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
• Proficiency in writing routine reports and communicating effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and follow work instructions accurately.
• Good housekeeping practices and adherence to plant safety rules.
