Who you are:
Dependable above all else - your team knows they can count on you Detail-oriented and proud of the quality you produce A team player whod rather win together than coast alone Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet through the shift
Machine operation experience is a plus, injection molding even better - but the right attitude beats the perfect experience. Well teach you the rest.
What youll do: Operate and monitor rubber molding equipment, keep an eye on quality, inspect and trim parts, and work alongside with your shift to hit production targets.
What we offer:
