What You'll Do as a Production Associate:- Set up and operate wood-sawing machinery
- Operate drill presses, routers, sanders, planers, and wood nailing machines
- Read and interpret drawings to determine dimensions, shapes, and specifications
- Select the best materials and lengths for each job
- Contribute to departmental quality control efforts
- Demonstrate consistent initiative to produce high quality work
- Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Report unsafe acts, accidents, and near miss incidents
- Operate equipment only when trained and authorized
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:- 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with power & hand tools
- Basic math and writing skills, ability to use a tape measure
- Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings
- Ability to lift 75–100 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
- Strong attention to quality
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
