Pro Resources is staffing for a Production Line Operator in Williamsport, IN. This role supports production goals, ensures quality output, and helps maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving hose or tubing from the production line.
Inspecting the product for defects, color consistency, size, or imperfections.
Measuring and verifying product specifications.
Cutting tubing or hose to required lengths.
Assembling or adding fittings, labels, or packaging materials (depending on the product).
Coiling and packaging finished products.
Recording production information and quality checks.
Keeping the workstation clean and following safety procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience in machine operation is required
Mechanical aptitude and ability to make minor machine adjustments.
Attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic math and measuring skills.
