Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift (Bryan Dairy)

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $14-$15.50 per hour

Position Summary

The Production Associate prints and packs apparel and tote bags. This is an entry-level role-no experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Print logos and designs on apparel and tote bags
• Pack and unpack finished items carefully
• Apply labels to products as needed
• Assist with basic machine setup and operation
• Follow simple instructions and quality standards
• Work with inks and materials that may have strong odors

Additional Information

Production Associates must be flexible and willing to move between departments and tasks based on seasonal demand and operational needs. This role includes both printing and packing tasks. You may move between different duties based on business needs.
