We bring you tomorrows opportunitytoday.Volt is immediately hiring a Production Associate in Carpinteria California 93013.As a Production Associate you will Perform production assignments manually or by using filling labeling and packaging equipment Count weigh and measure materials to ensure manufacturing batches contain proper materials and quantities Complete and maintain device history records including line clearance and verification documentation Conduct continuous inspections of labels vials sub-assemblies andor finished products Identify and report nonconformances or production issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean safe and organized manufacturing work area Coordinate material movement receive store and distribute materials and inventory Perform inventory accuracy checks and basic administrative tasks Kit materials required for production and interface with the warehouse team Complete required training in the clients learning management system Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital innovation efforts Perform transactions in the ERP system as requiredThis is a full-time opportunity.Schedule1stShift - Monday through Friday 700 AM - 330PMThe ideal candidate will have Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Ability to perform frequent bending reaching and lifting of up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in environments with exposure to laboratory and biochemical hazards including toxic caustic or suspected carcinogenic materials Ability to work in cold room temperatures 2-8°C and environments with fumes and odors.
