Production Associate – 1st Shift
Location: Denver, CO Pay Rate:$20.50/hour Schedule:1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM until production is complete (typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM) Position Type: Long-Term Contract
Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production role in a manufacturing environment. Previous production or manufacturing experience is strongly preferred. This is not a warehouse-only position.
Responsibilities
Operate small and large production machinery used in the manufacturing of doors.
Assemble doors on a production line while meeting quality and productivity standards.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Machine doors for hardware installation using production equipment.
Prepare and handle materials throughout the manufacturing process.
Stage, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, cabinets, or similar products, is a plus.
General knowledge of building materials.
Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Experience using tape measures and other basic hand-held measuring tools.
Ability to lift, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced production environment throughout the shift.
