Production Associate - 1st Shift

Production Associate Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 11:45 PM
• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift

Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Perform production and packaging duties as assigned
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report to assigned workstations daily
• Comply with facility security and operational policies

Requirements:Desired Work Experience:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required

Additional Qualifications:

• Must be able to speak and understand English for safety purposes
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and company policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude

Breaks & Lunch:

• One 27-minute unpaid lunch break
• One 12-minute paid break

Dress Code:

• Closed-toe shoes required (safety shoes recommended)
• No open-toed shoes or high heels
• No loose-fitting clothing
• Shorts must be appropriate length
• No exposed undergarments
• No offensive language, images, or gang-related attire on clothing
• Hair must be secured and protected from machinery
• Hair nets and beard nets required when working with food products
• No jewelry permitted in food production areas

Facility Policies:

• Clear bags, purses, and backpacks only
• All bags are subject to security inspection when leaving the facility
• Water allowed only in clear bottles
• No food, soda, or juice permitted in production areas
• No smoking inside the facility
• Cell phones are prohibited in production areas and may only be used during breaks

Reporting Instructions:

• Report to the Security Gate upon arrival
• You will be assigned a clock-in number on your first day
• After your first day, report to the same work area where you worked previously
