Shift: 1st ShiftJob SummaryWe are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing facility in Grand Prairie. This is a hands-on production position focused on building doors, operating production equipment, material handling, and packaging finished products.Job Duties

• Operate small and large machines used in door production
• Work on a production line assembling doors
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Machine doors for hardware installation
• Prepare and handle production materials
• Stage and package finished products for delivery
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Team lift items weighing over 50 lbs.
• Stand and work for extended periods, typically 8–10 hours

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Commercial woodworking experience is a plus, including doors, millwork, or cabinets
• General knowledge of building materials
• Ability to perform basic math
• Comfortable using basic handheld measuring tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
