Job Title: Production Associate - 1st Shift

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $14-$15/hour

Position Summary

The Production Associate supports printing and packing operations across different product lines, including drinkware, apparel, blankets, pens, and other promotional items. -No experience needed -

Key Responsibilities

• Follow work orders to print designs accurately and meet quality standards
• Print logos on various products using production machines
• Pack and unpack production material for printing.
• Apply labels to items as needed
• Assist with basic machine setup and operation
• Follow simple production and quality procedures

Additional Information

Production Associates must be flexible and willing to move between departments and tasks based on seasonal demand and operational needs. This role includes both printing and packing tasks. You may move between different duties based on business needs.
