Job Title: Production Associate - 1st shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

Hourly Rate: $17

Schedule: 7AM-3:15PM - currently working 6-7 days a week. Shifts can last up to 10 hours.

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates for our 1st shift in Piedmont. As a key player, you will operate equipment, ensure quality standards, and participate in team training efforts, all while earning $17 per hour.

What You’ll Do
  • Load and unload automotive stampings from production lines.
  • Inspect and properly load parts into containers.
  • Tag, label, and track parts while documenting production.
  • Support the Team Leader with training new employees.
  • Adhere to safety standards and quality control processes.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical fitness to lift 50-60 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong communication skills to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
