Join our team as a Production Associate supporting daily manufacturing operations in a bakery environment. In this role, you will monitor production line efficiency, perform quality assurance testing, and ensure proper storage and organization of materials and finished products. You will move materials within the facility, operate forklift equipment, and support general labor tasks to maintain a safe and efficient production process. Your role is vital to ensuring timely loading, shipping, and overall quality of bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure products are loaded and shipped on time
• Perform quality assurance testing on goods and products
• Maintain proper storage and organization of materials and finished products for easy access
• Move materials, finished products, and packages to designated locations within the facility
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Assist with organizing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Support general labor and assembly tasks as required
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safety standards during operations

Required Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with production line processes
• Knowledge of inventory management

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work for extended periods on feet
• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds
• Work during a 10-hour shift in a manufacturing environment
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive movements
