Production Associate - 2nd Shift (3pm-1:30pm)

Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $18–$24/hr, based on experience
Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00pm – 1:30am
Position: Production AssociateInova Staffing Services is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing client in Mentor, OH. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals looking for a long-term manufacturing position with competitive pay.Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of manufacturing and production tasks
• Assemble, inspect, and prepare products according to specifications
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
• Perform basic measurements and visual inspections
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Position Details:

• 2nd Shift (3pm-1:30am)
• $18–$24/hr based on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule
