Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associate workers for a manufacturing company in Brandon, SD. In this role, you’ll help build high-quality hydraulic hose assemblies used in heavy equipment while supporting a structured, team-oriented production environment. What You’ll Do as an Production Associate:- Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials to meet specifications
- Use hand tools and small machinery in a production setting
- Follow work instructions and production guidelines
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Label, package, and stage completed orders for shipment
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate:- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a shift
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
