Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Quanex is urgently hiring for a Production Operator to join our 2nd Shift team located in Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

Our Production Operators are responsible for performing changeovers, packing parts and performing quality checks, to meet production standards and quality requirements on extrusion lines.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday: 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm

Hourly Rate: Starting at $21/hr. + shift differential of $2.50/hr.

What Success Looks Like:

• Performs changeovers, packs components, and performs quality checks, to meet production standards and quality requirements on extrusion lines.
• Follows all safety procedures, utilizes safety devices and identifies any existing or potential safety issues.
• Follows standard work procedures for packaging, quality inspection, and machine operation.
• Maintains an organized and clean work area.
• Assists other departments as needed under direction from Team Leader.
