Required Skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED completion is a must • Proven ability to communicate effectively in English, speak, read, and write • Strong leadership qualities and a solid work ethic • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have Skills
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) procedures • Skills in training and mentoring team members • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience

• Ability to provide proof of identity and authorization to work in the U.S. • Commitment to completing any qualification requirements within 90 days of taking on the role • Must have a clean disciplinary record concerning attendance, performance, or behavior for at least 180 days prior to application
