Required Skills Strong commitment to safety protocols and an ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings. Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Processes GMPs. Attention to detail-ensuring that only the highest quality products reach our customers. Ability to adapt to various tasks and departments showing flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Cleanliness and organization skills keeping your workspace hazard-free and tidy at all times.
Nice to Have Skills Previous experience in a manufacturing environment especially in packaging paper or plastics. Familiarity with machine operation and the capability to support machine efficiency. Proficiency in completing production reports and data accurately and on time.
Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma or GED. Prior work experience in the packaging industry or at least six months of experience in a manufacturing operation.
Other Requirements Must be adaptable to occasional overtime and shifts during holidays as our customers depend on us 247 365 days a year. Willingness to participate in continual learning and cross-training on different machines.
