Position Summary

As a Production Associate you will play a critical role in our manufacturing operations. Within your first 90 days you will be cross-trained as both a Packer and a Machine Operator giving you a broad understanding of our production processes. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our products are efficiently packed processed and prepared for distribution-all while adhering to strict quality control and safety standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies
  • Accurately package and label products according to specifications and customer requirements
  • Records all downtime and production figures for assigned work station.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor machinery and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
  • Follow standard operating procedures SOPs and company guidelines
  • Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Meet or exceed daily production goals and quality standards
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers clients co-workers and management.

Education Certifications and Licensures

High school diploma or GED required. One to six months of relevant experience or equivalent educationexperience combination preferred. Basic math skills.
