We are hiring Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team producing high-quality doors. This position involves operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and preparing materials for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and equipment used in door manufacturing
Assemble doors on a production line
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
Machine doors for hardware installation
Prepare, move, and stage materials throughout the production process
Package finished products for shipment
Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures
Qualifications
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, or door production is a plus
Knowledge of building materials is beneficial
Ability to perform basic math and use handheld measuring tools
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
Hiring Requirements
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Must attend a paid safety orientation on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM
Regular work schedule begins Monday, July 20, 2026
