Production Associate - 2nd Shift

We are looking for reliable and hardworking candidates for a Production Associate position in Stow, OH. If you have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift skills, we want to hear from you!

Join a team dedicated to producing high-quality powdered pigment chemicals. In this role, you will operate various production machines, handle packaging, and safely move materials using forklifts. Your work will help keep production running smoothly while documenting key data at every step.

Hours
3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay
$20.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Operate blending, pumping, milling, pulverizing, and packing equipment including support machines
• Hand-bag and pack finished dry materials
• Safely operate forklifts for material movement
• Record process data, weights, and conditions
• Maintain clean, organized work areas
• Keep production rates high and reduce downtime
• Use required PPE, including respirators when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Forklift operation experience
• Machine operating experience preferred, batch mixing experience a plus
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to record and document technical data
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manually move product
• Ability to obtain respirator clearance
• Steel toe boots required

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with batch mixing
• Previous forklift certification or experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production background with forklift experience

Other Requirements

• All onboarding and safety training will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00am.
• Training will be on first shift for the first week or until the supervisor determines readiness for the 2nd shift.
