Production Associate 2nd Shift
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Stow, OH, as Production Associates on the 2nd shift. If you have manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift experience, we want to hear from you!
This role supports a fast-paced production environment where you will operate liquid production equipment, valve systems, packing machinery, and forklifts. Youll be essential in moving, loading, and packaging liquid pigment chemicals while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. Hours:
3:00pm 11:30pm, Monday Friday
Pay:
$20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Operate blending, pumping, milling, pulverizing, and packing equipment, including support machinery
Use valving systems for distribution of liquid materials to packing stations
Safely operate forklifts for material handling
Record process conditions, weights, and production data
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Keep production rates on target and minimize downtime
Use required PPE, including respirators when needed
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing or production experience
Forklift operation experience
Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and manually move products
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to record and document technical data
Must obtain respirator clearance
Steel toe boots required
Nice to Have Skills:
Machine operating experience
Batch mixing experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Manufacturing/production background
Forklift certification
Other Requirements:
On-site work; must be able to work in a physical environment
Attend safety and onboarding training on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00am
