What You'll Do as the Production Associate:- Assemble hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components
- Cut, measure, and prepare materials for assembly processes
- Operate hand tools and small machinery to complete production tasks
- Follow work instructions and production specifications accurately
- Inspect finished products to identify quality issues
- Label completed products for distribution and inventory purposes
- Package finished goods according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
What You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:- Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to work in a structured manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain quality and productivity standards
