We are seeking dependable Production Associates to support a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment producing food-related packaging components.
In this role, you will work alongside an injection molding machine that produces bottle caps. Approximately every 15 seconds, molded caps are released onto a conveyor system. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the parts, sort them as needed, and load finished caps into boxes for shipment or the next stage of production.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady third-shift work, a straightforward hands-on role, and the possibility of future growth.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor bottle caps as they move from the injection molding machine onto a conveyor.
- Sort and inspect molded parts for visible defects or irregularities.
- Pack finished caps neatly and accurately into boxes.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for production.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all food-product safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- Communicate any product, equipment, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Support additional production and packaging tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable attendance and the ability to consistently work a 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented production work.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform light, repetitive lifting and handling.
- Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and following instructions.
- Prior manufacturing, packaging, food production, warehouse, or assembly experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to follow GMP, safety, and personal hygiene requirements in a food-product environment.
Why Join Us?
- Clean, climate-controlled workplace.
- Steady third-shift schedule with approximately 40 hours per week.
- Entry-level opportunity with training provided.
- Short-term assignment with the potential for longer-term growth based on performance and business needs.
