    What You'll Do
    As a Production Associate, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by helping keep production running efficiently and ensuring customers receive high-quality products.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Work alongside the roll-forming and production teams to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
    • Assist with coil and material changeovers.
    • Package, move, and prepare finished products for shipment.
    • Rework or repack parts as needed to meet quality standards.
    • Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality.
    • Complete basic machine setup and troubleshooting.
    • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
    • Support other production departments as needed.
    • Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures.
    • Take ownership of product quality and stop production if quality concerns arise.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED preferred.
    • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
    • Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, safety documents, and control plans.
    • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and other hand tools is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    Physical Requirements
    • Lift up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
    • Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
    • Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and step on/off low platforms.
    • Perform repetitive manual tasks, including banding materials.
    • Use hand tools and measuring equipment throughout the shift.
    • Work safely in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, elevated noise levels, and occasional exposure to coolant, fumes, and airborne particles (PPE provided).
