Pro Resources is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a team in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you will play a key part in the coating process by preparing and handling materials along the production line to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

Essential Functions:
Manually unload/load parts from the production line
Perform material handling tasks safely and efficiently
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Pack finished products for shipment
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail for quality checks
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
