Production Line Associate (Barrel Filling) – 1st Shift | $20/hr | Mentor, OH
Location: Mentor, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $21.73/hour | Weekly Pay!
Inova Staffing is hiring a Production Line Associate for one of our absolute favorite clients in Mentor! This is a hands-on role working right alongside the mixing team — helping prep and package the finished product that gets shipped out to customers. The work is steady, the environment is great, and the team is even better.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set empty 55-gallon barrels onto skids and prep them for filling
- Use adjustable fill arms to safely and accurately fill each barrel
- Cap, label, and move finished barrels to the staging area for shipping
- Read work orders and production sheets to ensure proper product flow
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist teammates as needed
- Operate a tow motor (preferred but not required) for material movement
- Be detail-focused, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
- Comfortable with lifting, standing, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow written instructions and communicate with the team
- Attention to detail — especially with labeling and product tracking
- Tow motor or forklift experience preferred
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
