What You'll Do
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Performing light manufacturing tasks, including assembly and the use of various hand tools.
- Assembling sign stands and related components with precision and care.
- Operating rivet machines and other manufacturing equipment as needed.
- Reading and interpreting work orders, bills of materials, and technical specifications.
- Verifying order accuracy before packaging, ensuring quality standards.
- Repetitively performing tasks while lifting up to 40 lbs to meet production goals.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work station to promote efficiency and safety.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Basic computer skills and the ability to read and interpret work instructions.
- Prior production or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- A reliable work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
