As a Production Associate, youll role purpose. Youll work closely with your team to ensure smooth operations and maintain high quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact the production process and product quality.
What Youll Do As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating all equipment required for packaging raw materials.
- Regulating machine flow or speed according to specific production requirements.
- Loading materials and products into packaging equipment efficiently.
- Accurately recording product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
- Monitoring the production line for any problems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
What Youll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- The ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs without assistance.
- Capability to be on your feet throughout the shift, with constant walking back and forth.
- A proactive approach to maintaining an organized and safe work environment while actively contributing to the efficient processing of food products.
- The ability to bend, stoop, twist, climb, squat, lift, push, and pull when necessary.
