Production Associate (A Shift)

We are currently hiring dependable Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Utah County. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and contributing to a production process that supports quality products from start to finish.

Location: Springville, UT

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift (A Shift):

• Thursday: 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and assist with manufacturing processes
• Package, label, inspect, and prepare products for shipment
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns
• Assist with line setup, material handling, and changeovers as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
