WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Technician or production operator experience
- Ability to regularly crouch, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear PPE at all times (earplugs, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes)
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete high-quality work individually and as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving skills and basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivation to succeed
- Computer proficiency
- High school degree
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE - ASSEMBLER
- Working Monday through Friday
- Meeting daily and weekly targets and completing additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Accurately assembling dry air and nitrogen generation systems and components
- Following system layouts, meeting quality standards, and complying with all safety procedures
- Properly packaging systems for delivery
- Notifying the correct department when orders are ready
- Organizing supplies and thoroughly washing, drying, and cleaning your equipment and work area
