Production Associate (Assembly) - 2nd Shift
Location: Lexington, KY Pay: $15.25 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

What You'll Do
- Assemble metal components using hand and power tools
- Follow basic blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Work with a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- Experience using hand tools is a plus
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and safety-focused
- Able to follow instructions and stay on task
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform repetitive tasks
