Production Associate (Assembly) - 2nd Shift

Location: Lexington, KY
Pay: $15.25 per hour + $0.75 per hour shift differential
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

What You’ll Do

• Assemble metal components using hand and power tools
• Follow basic blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using hand tools is a plus
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and safety-focused
• Able to follow instructions and stay on task

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks
