Job Summary
Arrow Staffing is now hiring a Production Associate in Banning, CA. to support various manufacturing processes within a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands-on work in assembly, packaging, and machine operation. Employees will be cross-trained in multiple departments, including component assembly, product finishing, and forming processes. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills as production demands grow.
Schedule & Pay
Shift: Monday Thursday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM (4/10 schedule)
Pay: $19.00/hr.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assembly and packaging of products according to specifications
Operate and monitor equipment used in production processes
Learn and assist in specialty areas such as printing and forming processes
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Key Requirements
Must Have
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience with assembly, machine operation, or production processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
