We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity in a fast-paced production environment. Production Workers will assist with packaging products, operating production equipment, maintaining an organized work area, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Prior production experience is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, reliable transportation, and is comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing and lifting throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
Perform production tasks as assigned by the department Supervisor.
Feed bottles onto conveyor lines and package finished products.
Apply labels, tags, and other required markings to products and packages.
Pack finished goods into the appropriate boxes and packaging.
Place completed products onto designated pallets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Identify and report mechanical, material, or production issues to the Supervisor.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Be willing and available to work in different areas of production as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures and standard work practices.
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
Experience with fill and tube machinery is helpful but not required.
Basic math skills required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attendance and reliability are essential.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. consistently.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent walking, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movements.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment.
Must be able to perform physical production duties throughout the entire shift.
