Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will support daily operations by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products to meet quality and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-minded, and comfortable working as part of a team to help keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks according to established procedures, specifications, and schedules.
• Assemble, package, label, and prepare products for shipment or further processing.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, or material shortages to the appropriate team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment is helpful.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
