Key Responsibilities
Sort, inspect, and package products accurately
Maintain quality standards throughout the production process
Follow safety and quality procedures
Assist team members as needed to meet production goals
Keep work area clean and organized
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret instructions
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills
Willingness to train on first shift and work various shifts as needed
Nice to Have Skills
Cross-training interest in other production areas
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing or production experience
Other Requirements
Flexibility to work overtime
Ability to work on either first or third shift
Openness to training and shift adjustments
