About the Role

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM | Starting Pay: $19.00/hour

As a Production Associate, you will play an important role in producing high-quality wellness products that consumers trust. You'll work alongside a supportive team, operate modern production equipment, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Whether you are beginning your manufacturing career or bringing previous production experience, we provide training and opportunities to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production goals
• Monitor production lines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality
• Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment according to established procedures
• Assist with equipment improvements and basic part replacement alongside maintenance technicians
• Rotate between production lines and packaging equipment to develop cross-functional skills
• Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Experience working in a regulated or cGMP environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift

Schedule:  Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Enjoy a four-day workweek with Fridays off on regularly scheduled weeks.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.
