Production Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our client's team in Brunswick, Ohio. This on-site role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment.
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling kits that include printed materials, merchandise, or food products (shelf stable, frozen, and refrigerated). The position emphasizes accuracy and productivity, with a focus on following instructions and working efficiently to meet daily goals.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm (1st shift)
Pay:
$16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Hand-build kit assemblies including collation, insertion, and labelling of printed material, merchandise, or food products
Follow verbal and written build instructions for various kits and packaging components
Work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
Document actions and track time using online tracking tools
Work independently, following established processes and procedures
Process paperwork accurately and timely
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Adhere to all company policies and expected behaviors
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to operate measuring and testing devices such as scales and rulers
Strong hand-eye coordination
Basic math skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
General computer skills (scanning, typing, basic navigation)
