Production Associate

Production Associate needs 1+ years experience

Production Associate requires:

2 shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm.

Prior proven production experience are a plus

Trade school or experience in working with electronics or assembling mechanical devices are highly advantageous.

Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Production Associate duties:

Uphold a clean and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules.

Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, promptly notifying supervisors when inventory is running low.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
