Production Associate

We champion excellence, innovation, and environmental sustainability in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Inspect items for defects, imperfections, or damage before racking.Prepare items for the finishing process by ensuring proper cleaning and/or masking.Rack and unrack aluminum parts.Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Report any issues with product to the floor supervisor.Pack the product properly back into the boxes.Review work instructions that will be provided to you and apply it to the job.Move things digitally to reflect what is being done physically using our ERP system.Qualifications:Must be able to work at least 8 hours a day.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing setting. Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.Physical ability to lift, carry, and manipulate items of various sizes and weights.Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.Detail-orientedAbility to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team
