We are looking for a full-time production team member who is positive, energetic, and a team player. The ideal candidate should have previous production experience, strong mechanical skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented and produce top quality products. Please review the position's responsibilities and qualifications below to determine whether you are a good fit:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build top quality products based on detailed work instructions
• Work efficiently to complete assembly requirements in a timely manner
• Cross train in other areas as directed by Production Manager or delegate
• Independent self-starter but also able to work in a team
• Properly complete all checklists and any other required documentation for unit builds
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering for custom units
• Always maintain a clean and safe work area
• Continually look for ways to improve products, reduce waste, and improve quality

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 years production assembly or mechanical repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to pass pre-employment background screen
