Holland Sharpe is looking to add Production associates to our fast growing team. This position is crucial piece to a fast moving production environment.

Job Details:
- Pay $21.50-$23.50 depending on shift
- Multiple shifts available
- All shifts are 12 hours

Responsibilities:
- Running and monitoring production equipment during assigned shifts
- Following standard operating procedures and quality checkpoints
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues before they become downtime
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Hitting production targets while keeping quality front and center
- Working alongside a team that holds each other accountable
What we are Looking for:
- People who have operated equipment or machinery in any setting: manufacturing, agriculture, construction, automotive, or similar
- Veterans and those with military backgrounds. The discipline translates directly.
- Candidates with strong job tenure. If you have stayed with employers, built trust, and advanced over time, that matters here.
- People who take coaching well and want to keep getting better
- Those who can handle a physical shift: 12 hours on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying sharp from start to finish
