Production Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Production Associates to support manufacturing operations. Production Associates will work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assisting with production processes, operating equipment, inspecting products, packaging materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

This position requires a willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule either 1st or 3rd shift.

• 1st shift or 3rd shift
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment and machinery
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products
• Follow established production procedures and work instructions
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and proper specifications
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production
• Perform basic machine adjustments and notify leadership of equipment issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days or nights 1 week and 4 the next)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Must be safety-minded and willing to follow all company safety procedures
