Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour

Schedule Options: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Duties

• Packing product according to customer standards
• Collaborating closely with other departments and teams
• Having a high regard to 5S
• Having the ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot problems and situations
• Monitoring and report on quality of manufactured products.
• Consistently moving product and placing in designated pack outs throughout the shift
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area
• Performing all duties as designated by supervisor/manager
• Performing all duties in support of quality and safety policies
• Helping other departments as needed
• Overtime required at times

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• A "get it done" attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks.
• Abiltiy to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is needed.
• The ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment is crucial to success.
• The ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform repetitive duties, including going up and down stairs and standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What You Will Do

As a Production Associate you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
